RIT Customer Software Update Request

Dear RIT Customer,

Please complete all fields and use the SUBMIT button below to submit your RIT Family of Products software update request.

  • Technical Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm MT, excluding Federal holidays. As such, if forms are submitted outside of hours of operation, you may not receive an immediate response, but will hear from us in a timely manner when normal business hours resume. If you have submitted a request and have not received a response within one (1) business day during normal hours of operation, please call or email Technical Support to ensure we received your submission. NOTE: Your current license must be released from your device before updating your software. When you are ready to update your software DO NOT relaunch RIT after sending your output log.

Please close your RIT software if it is currently open. Navigate to C:\RIT\RIT113V4 and locate the file called “output.RIT113_LOG”. Rename the file with your facility name and your own name and upload to the link below. For example: output.RIT113_LOG -> Radiological Imaging Technology_Kahla Weber

Upload your output log HERE and Technical Support will send you the V7.0 software executable.
